South Okanagan Similkameen Pride is a non-profit society run by a board of dynamic volunteer directors who serve to support the regional 2SLGBTQIA+ community of the South Okanagan and Similkameen by providing safe spaces and inclusive events for everyone.

WHAT WE DO

We organize our own diverse events which include wellness events, Pride parades, festivals, workshops, panel discussions, film screenings, and social gatherings. We also organize the Osoyoos Pride Arts Festival in September as well as advise and partner with other organizations and businesses, helping them connect and create events supportive of the 2SLGBTQIA+ Community.

With your donations, we organize engaging events, educational programs, and advocacy initiatives that promote understanding and celebrate diverse identities. From vibrant parades that inspire joy and solidarity to impactful workshops that challenge prejudice, your generosity fuels positive change.

VOLUNTEER

Volunteers are a critical part of our success in the community and we are always looking for new ones  to join us in making a difference. We offer a variety of ways to get involved, from one-time projects to long-term commitments. If you're interested in volunteering, please fill out our volunteer application form
